Hey everyone, a lot has been going on in work and also with my personal projects, even with my personal life and I feel very overwhelmed by it all. Everytime I come on the blog to write something, I get this sour feeling lately and not because I'm upset with anything but its like something's holding me back from writing. I have to figure out what it is as soon as I can because I want to tell you guys!
Until then, take it slight in your doubles or.... if you prefer, keep your stick on the ice :)

I was young but I wasn't naive
I watched helpless as he turned around to leave
and still I have the pain I have to carry
a past so deep that even you could not bury if you tried
after all this time
I never thought we'd be here
never thought we'd be here
when my love for you was blind
but I couldn't make you see it
couldn't make you see it
that I loved you more than you'll ever know
a part of me died when I let you go
I would fall asleep
only in hopes of dreaming
that everything would be like is was before
but nights like this it seems are slowly fleeting
they disappear as reality is crashing to the floor
after all this time
I never thought we'd be here
never thought we'd be here
when my love for you was blind
but I couldn't make you see it
couldn't make you see it
that I loved you more than you'll ever know
a part of me died when I let you go
after all this time
would you ever wanna leave it
maybe you could not believe it
Thanks for reading my blog. I've decided to simultaneously build a proof of concept application that works with the r Communications Server Enterprise server application I've been building. The good news is that I have been making progress. So what's the bad news you may be asking? Well, as with all relationships, development hasn't matured yet since its been only 4-5 days of coding.
So, how much code have I done in 4-5 days? The server application is over 500 lines of code. The rCSE Chat Client is about 200 lines of code so far. How much more code to go? Trust me when I say... A LOT!
There's 1 major problem I have not solved and that's how to create a "cloud" or multi-server communication environment and that won't come out in the first version. I am of course contemplating on if I should release the server as yet and further more, should it be free or not.
So of course, its a blog thus the views expressed in this blog post is my personal opinion since I saw an advertisement on cable tv about Dominos Pizza taste test versus Papa Johns Pizza taste test.
So I'll try to compare Dominos Pizza Versus Papa Johns Pizza as it relates to Trinidad and Tobago.
Taste tests were done at Gulf City Mall [South Trinidad]
Ingredients: Peperoni, Pineapple, Cheese
I still prefer PapaJohns (Papa John's) Pizza because it tasted more natural. The pineapples tasted juicy and I love the sweet and salty taste which is a direct blend between the pineapples and the pepperoni. The tomato sauce was not very sour, I'd give it a 3 out of 10 which I love and did I mention a large pizza comes in 12 slices?
Comparing this to the Dominos Pizza inside the mall, the tomato sauce/paste was more sour (around 8/10) which I didn't like. I could barely taste the pineapples and they didn't seem to be sweet nor juicy.
For the major reason that Royal Bank Trinidad can be intensely retarded from time to time, my dad's CC is blocking me from buying a cheap server account to run the DNS service. Thus I have no means of a static ip address server and thus every time my local computer's ip address changes, I have to keep updating the DNS records which is very time consuming. Thus, its going to be delayed until I can get a static ip address server and of course, since no one has bothered to contact me to lend me some development space.... it seems like yall will have to pay for DNS services until I can ever provide it for free.

I've taken upon myself to design risharde's Communications Server Enterprise that allows users to broadcast messages to others, it looks promising and I'm developing it in JAVA. I'll be running it on my machine as soon as possible for testing.
How is this going to be useful?
Well, I'm trying to make it as simple as possible so that it can be used in multiple implementations - in other words, it will be used for building your own website chat or a stand alone chat program. You make it happen or perhaps.. I will make it happen!
I cannot wait to deploy it but I have to build some security features first :)

So its begun and its going to be one of my biggest projects yet... DNS for all... DNS to power your websites with unlimited updates and access 24/7 to edit them! Perhaps later on, I might even go for dynamic dns...
If you have a linux or windows box and would like to sponsor a nameserver, give me a buzz, please especially since its a free project!
Thanks
I don't care what the music critics are saying, The Used newest album 2009 called "Artwork" brings out the sensitive questionable side that we all think but won't say with songs like "Sold My Soul" and "Empty with you" which is probably the most ear catching mellow songs I've heard from them.
The album doesn't sound like a lot of their past works but its still worth the listen. I respect the new sound and songs they've made and I am still a strong fan of the Used.
Some critics have had the audacity to say that this album sounds like a "christian rock band" as if that's a bad thing - I think and they would probably change their opinions after reading a background of Bert McCracken and his struggle with drugs so stop being a foolish, pea-brain critic and support some good music for a change - music is both the lyrics and the instruments - not instruments only.
Well firstly, we need to understand that are basically 2 ways your Internet Service Provider (ISP) allocates IP addresses. For most home users, ISPs such as TSTT, provide an automatic allocation so everytime you connect to the internet via your dial up account or your DSL account, the ISP gives you a random IP from the list of IPs that they leased (rented). This type of IP address is referred to as a Dynamic IP address - key word here is "dynamic" which can be interpreted as "always changing" or random.
ISPs such as TSTT offer Static IP addresses to business DSL and this allows you to have a specific IP address that does not change which is highly useful if you would like to run a service such as a mail server. Also, these IP addresses are generally not tagged as SPAM related IP addresses. Talk to your ISP to find out more about static IP addresses.
This is a well overdue article in which I will attempt to open the eyes of my readers towards facebook. Firstly, I am not here to tell you whether you should or should not use facebook - this is purely up to your decision but I will attempt to show you as much pros and cons, the positive and the negative impacts that facebook has on the life of a technologist as well as the average person that will use facebook.
A Technologist perspective (perhaps we call call this MY PERSPECTIVE)
