T&TEC, stupidity to the highest extent

You know, I don't like to be negative but this week of the summit has been the most frustrating for me due to T&TEC's inadequacy to provide electricity to my organization's servers and switches thus reducing our uptime from 99.5% to 70%. If T&TEC is deciding to do last minutes works, this is too last minute. I am absolutely fed up with T&TEC's services especially in the Sangre Grande region. That is the kind of quality service we get in this country.
