PROBLEM:
VMWARE SERVER 2.0.2 and Windows Server 2003 Network Card Bridge Mode Problem where you get the error :
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)"
FIX:
Download the updated AMD PCNET FAMILY NETWORK ADAPTER drivers (for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003).
Mount the ISO as the CDROM drive in VMWARE and install the drivers.
