What do people that have company cars and are driven by drivers know about travelling..?!
Hold up, hold up, if this fall in your boat, don't get vex with me, I'm just stating the obvious truth about ceo, mangers and higher paid jobs with the perk of having a company vehicle and have personal drivers to drive them from A to B.
So I hear a lot of "above" people in companies that get company cars and have their own drivers talk about how easy it is to reach to work and thus they believe they shouldn't compensate workers for using their own cars to conduct company business. This is an utter shame I think to humanity on the whole, we talking common decency, respect for one another, simply being fair (which brings me to the question: Should a business or company be unfair to its workers? Of course not but most in Trinidad show that unfair side, the dishonest side."
Anyways, let me try to make this less wordy. If you have a company car and you get driven by a driver, what exactly do you know about the hardship of using your own vehicle to conduct company work? What do you know about maintainence etc? You should be ashamed if you don't think that people that use their own personal cars for work shouldn't be compensated adequately... because that would show your lack of wisedom and intelligence. Not to mention, when you renegotiate salaries, after gas increase 33%, you not willing to maintain a salary based on that.
I wonder if I would be stupid enough to go back out to work, if my new contract salary doesn't cater for this issue. If it doesn't cater, I would actually be earning less in life, regressing instead of improving - I must be mad.
