I don't care what the music critics are saying, The Used newest album 2009 called "Artwork" brings out the sensitive questionable side that we all think but won't say with songs like "Sold My Soul" and "Empty with you" which is probably the most ear catching mellow songs I've heard from them.

The album doesn't sound like a lot of their past works but its still worth the listen. I respect the new sound and songs they've made and I am still a strong fan of the Used.

Some critics have had the audacity to say that this album sounds like a "christian rock band" as if that's a bad thing - I think and they would probably change their opinions after reading a background of Bert McCracken and his struggle with drugs so stop being a foolish, pea-brain critic and support some good music for a change - music is both the lyrics and the instruments - not instruments only.

Its alternative/rock but its really a nice song.

Okay, so you know that there are really 7 natural notes:
A B C D E F G

On a guitar, if you play the 5 string (the 2nd string from the top), 3rd fret, you get a C note. If you play the fourth fret, you get a C sharp which is also known as a D flat. The 5th fret would give you a D. Therefore, the 6th fret is a? Yes, D sharp aka E flat. Get my drift? There is no B sharp, that's the only thing you need to know.

I have been having great difficulty recently with a few singers that seem to start all their songs on SHARPS. Just for argument sake, I want to explain a simple theory I follow.

If something is natural, you naturally hear it better for example, natural notes/chords are chords in the form of DOH RE ME FA SO LA TEE DOH (C D E F G A B C).

A SHARP means its SHARP! DUH! Why is it that these singers are full of it. They are literally believing in a lie. Songs written, are written to start normally on a natural note with sharps inbetween the song at times.
